Milos Festival - is an established institution that gives a real boost to the
cultural life of the island during the summer period. Under the umbrella of
Milos municipality, the festival which runs from June and ends in September,
comprises several events such as painting - books exhibitions, concerts,
theatrical performances, musical and other traditional activities.
The real case where you will feel the hospitality of the local people of the island,
is in several festivities that take place during the summer. You will have the
opportunity to taste traditional dishes, local wine and enjoy the classical Cyklades
music. Several fairs with food and music are also organized, mainly in the
courtyard of churches and the most famous are taking place the following dates:
